Pier 25 (Downtown)

Our newest downtown location is directly on the Hudson River, just south of Moore St. in Tribeca. Just an 8 minute walk from the Franklin St. Subway Station (1 Train) or just steps from the intersection of West and Moore St. by car.

Meeting Point

For all sailing lessons (excluding sailing camp) an Atlantic Yachting crew-person will meet you at the entry to the Marina (the gate to the metal ramp by the water park) five minutes before your scheduled sail time. The entrance to the marina is just south of the mini golf course. Look for the boats and you can't miss it!

Walking Directions

Walk north on Varick St. to N. Moore St. Turn left and walk west on N. Moore St. Cross West St. Cross West St. and the Hudson River Greenway to reach the Hudson River, and look for a low grey building with angled windows. The crosswalk across the Greenway will lead you onto the park complex with its multicolored paving stones. Make a left at the playground and a right once you reach the sea wall. Continue to follow the sea wall until you reach a metal ramp leading down to our dock. We'll meet you there!

You can also reach us by taking a very pleasant walk up or down the West Side Bicycle Path towards Moore St. from any point on the West Side of Manhattan.

Take the number 1 train to the Franklin St Station and follow the walking directions listed below.

Getting Here by Bus

Take the M20 Lincoln Center-South Ferry bus to the Varick/N. Moore St. stop and follow the walking directions listed below.

Driving + Parking

The easiest drop-off location is on West St. just south of N. Moore St. The nearest parking garage is located one block Northeast of Pier 25, on Hubert St just west of Greenwitch St. on the north side.
