We're sailing with Eataly as they arrive in New York City

Eataly Sailing New York City, Mario Batali

For the last few weeks, a crew from Eataly, the amazing Italian food emporium, has been sailing across the Atlantic Ocean with grains for their new rooftop beer garden, Birreria. They have been tracking their progress on the website of their beautiful sailboat the 7 Mosse (It helps if you can read Italian).

Tomorrow morning, Captain Oscar Farinetti, Mario Batali, and the crew of 7 Mosse will sail past the Statue of Liberty and into Chelsea Piers as they complete their Trans-Atlantic voyage.

We will be there too, proudly sailing alongside the 7 Mosse, as Eataly has selected Atlantic Yachting to escort the press and photographers documenting the journey from Italy to Manhattan.
