We do not offer refunds, however you may reschedule for a fee. The fee is dependent on the amount of notice given prior to your sail. See our terms and conditions (link to t&C) for details. Please note that we do not accept requests to reschedule within 24 hours or less from the start time of your sail and you are responsible for full payment, regardless of whether the scheduled sail occurs or not.
