Miles Pincus

Miles is the authority on all things sailing. He has been sailing for over 20 years and has logged thousands of offshore miles throughout the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, Bahamas and North Atlantic. He has sailed high performance racers, classic schooners, containerships and tankers, and is a highly experienced professional mariner.

Miles has been quoted in the New York Times, asked to discuss the yacht brokerage industry on the Bloomberg Network, and has appeared as a special guest on the CBS National News to discuss the dangers of offshore sailing.

Miles holds a United States Coast Guard Masters license endorsed with Oceans Radar, ARPA, Marlinspike, Fast Rescue Craft, Towing and Survival. He received his BA from Tulane University and a MS in International Transportation Management from New York Maritime College.
