Jonathan Horvath

Jonathan learned to sail in a small lake at a Summer program when he was nine years-old. He fell in love with the sport, and ten years later he was running the program. The same thing happened here in NYC.

Jonathan is one of the veterans on our crew. Over the course of the last three years he has led our Summer Sailing Camp, taught numerous sailing lessons and been both crew and captain on our private sailboat charters. Before joining Atlantic Yachting he spent ten years teaching sailing in Rhode Island, the U.S. Virgin Islands and his home state of Florida.

Off the water, Jonathan is an actor and singer, host of speed dating events, SAT prep teacher, and a graduate of the Brown University/Trinity Rep. Acting Conservatory.
